This is a very thoughtful article written by Emer Gentway and published on the Science & Nonduality website, addressing the question. Certainly, Secular Buddhism is one potential expression. From the article, it would follow that there could potentially also be a "Secular Vedanta", "Secular Neo-Advaita" or "Secular Nonduality". Based on listening to the talks on the Waking Up app, Sam Harris seems to advocate some form of Secular Nonduality.
